Choose to Move is an initiative hosted by Somavive to help people start moving and to encourage others to keep moving. This group will run from May 1-May 31, 2022 and will be used as a fundraiser to support The Myositis Association.

Why Join

Overview:
Someone should join this group who is ready to get started moving or wants to become more consistent with shorter durations. They will start with a minimum of 8 minutes of exercise 5 days/week and finish with a minimum of 15 minutes of exercise 5 days/week. The goal of this program is to build up to 75 minutes of exercise per week by the end of May.

Recommendations:
Level 1 participants are those who are looking to start moving with walking, biking, or other continual movement. This group is also for those who want to become consistent with smaller bouts of movement.
